For the most part the BL3 trading community is very generous, and I'd be surprised if you aren't able to find at least a few things you need for your build. TLDR; Moze Mind Sweeper build = BIG damage (potentially millions), most explosions per second (which means best grenade regen), and extra heals from shooting. Best current Moze build IMO.
The constant breaking of the shield will keep the Shock Enraged active. Edit: For best results use a Bloodletter with no points into Thin Red Line (to keep your shield smaller) and a life regen roll on it (to keep the shield filling all the time.)
